This October, openhousenewyork returns to New York city for it’s tenth year running. And just like last year, the TWA Flight Center at John F. Kennedy Airport will be open to the public for one day only. The best part: Admission’s free.
In case you’re unfamiliar with OHNY, it’s an organization that uncovers New York City’s hidden treasures, and, for one weekend each year, opens them up to the public. OHNY hasn’t released official times yet, but they did confirm to the Racing Winds Blog that the Flight Center will be open on October 7, and that admission is complimentary for all. If you’re on the fence about whether or not to attend (hint: you shouldn’t be), check out Jaunted’s post, and you should get a good idea of what went down in 2011.
More details will be released on September 26. We’ll keep you updated.
When: Sunday, October 7, 2012.
Where: TWA Flight Center at JFK T5.
What to know: It’s avgeek heaven.
