JetBlue has announced a new flight between Boston’s Logan International Airport and Houston Hobby Airport. The double-daily flight will run beginning July 25.
According to JetBlue’s Vice President of Sales and Revenue Management, Dennis Corrigan, “JetBlue is committed to giving its customers more for less, which is particularly true for our new route to Houston, the first regularly scheduled service between these two airports. We’re proud to have become Boston’s carrier of choice and the preferred airline for business and leisure travel by providing competitive fares, a better experience and more network relevance.”
“JetBlue said they will continue their remarkable growth at Logan and they are true to their word,” said Ed Freni, the Director of Aviation for the Massachusetts Port Authority. “We congratulate the airline on its 49th destination from Logan and we are pleased that Houston Hobby becomes Logan’s 74th non-stop domestic destination.”
The JetBlue flights are well-timed for connections from Texas to Europe through Boston on JetBlue’s interline partners Aer Lingus, American, Icelandair, Japan Airlines, Lufthansa, and Virgin Atlantic.
