Remember Klout, that influence-measuring tool? Well, a new partnership between Klout and American Airlines may actually do you some good if you’re active on the social web.

If you’ve got a Klout score of 55 or higher, you’re eligible to receive a one-day pass to the Admirals Club, American’s VIP lounge. Most locations feature showers, snacks, power ports, free Wi-Fi, and comfy chairs, or any combination of those amenities. American is definitely looking for feedback from all types of fliers (that includes you, Economy!), and this is how they’ve done it. Pretty cool if you ask us.

Also: you don’t have to be flying on an American Airlines itinerary to use the pass, which is super helpful.

All you have to do to is head over to this page, connect with Klout, and the system will check your information and determine if you’re eligible. This offer expires July 31, 2013, but you don’t have to wait until the day that you’re flying to claim your pass. You can print it now, and it’ll still be valid until July 31.

There’s 37 locations that accept one-day passes, places like London, New York, Los Angeles, Tokyo, Paris, Miami, and the list goes on.
